I'm Gillian, an independent creative, marketing and project partner based in the west of Ireland.
 
I've spent the last 20 years working across brand, marketing, events and creative projects, helping businesses and organisations turn ideas into things people can see, experience and engage with.
 
I'm comfortable moving between the big picture and the practical detail, shaping an idea, developing the creative, building the marketing, coordinating the moving parts and getting things done.
 
I don't really believe in putting things in boxes. Sometimes a project needs strategy. Sometimes it needs creativity. Sometimes it just needs someone to get stuck in and make it happen. Usually, it's a bit of all three.

How I work

I bring together strategy, creativity and execution, adapting to whatever the project actually needs.
 
Sometimes that's leading something from start to finish. Sometimes it's joining an existing team for a particular challenge. Either way, you'll get someone who thinks about the bigger picture but isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in.


Beyond the work

A creative at heart, I’m also a proud mum of three, usually on the go and happiest outdoors, whether I’m playing sport, chasing a fitness challenge or finding my way up a mountain. Having lived in Australia, I’ll always have a soft spot for the ocean. I love new ideas, new places, live music, making music with my kids and getting involved in community projects that bring people together and support local clubs. Above all, I love a good laugh with good people. Life’s too short not to enjoy it!
